When I run the Monthly Analysis, at the top of each column it reads “No Budget Found”. I think it might have something to do with the way I tried to update the Categories Budget Template for 2024 because that’s when the error began occurring. I’m not sure I did it correctly.
How can I be sure the Categories Template was done correctly?
If not how can I repair it?
How can I be sure if this is the real problem with the Monthly analysis?
Thanks for your help.
Hello @ronhadsall, I also have broken my spreadsheet formulas at times. Thank goodness for Control Z and version history.
I do not have a “Monthly Analysis” in my Tiller spreadsheet. Do you mean the Monthly Budget View sheet?
I’d recommend reaching out to our support team via the chat window in the lower right corner of the Console at https://my.tiller.com/ to check on how to fix a template. They are fantastic.

Check out the Multi-year Budgeting in the Tiller Foundation Template for the steps in how to add a new year worth of budgets.
I suspect your Category sheet row 1 dates are text when they should be dates (formatted as mmm yyyy) and that’s why Monthly Analysis cannot find them.
Like what Mark said check your categories sheet for an error in the month place or text instead of a date formatting and this should fix your error,
If not hit the unhide button at the top right of your sheet and see what is showing in the hidden area of the sheet, you should have some N/A errors in the Q and R column that would point you in the right direction of where the error is in your sheet
