Yes, the intersection of the EXPENSE row with the Actual column for the month(s) of interest.

Doesn’t this sheet show only the budgeted items? I’m looking for a process to see all money spent, budgeted plus non-budgeted items.
It shows all categories, non-budgeted will just have a $0 Budget amount.
