New added account connected but not showing up on account balance sheet

I added a new investment account in Tiller Money and connected it. I also used the Accounts Sheet to give it a title. It does not show up on my Balances Sheet. I have tried the steps several times. Any ideas?

Is there a transaction showing up for the account on the ‘Balance History’ sheet? I think that’s where the Balance sheet gets its info.

@bob.deatherage, the Balance History sheet is hidden by default (go to the View menu > HIdden sheets) to unhide it. If you see it there, is the “Class” column for it blank? Sometimes if the data feed doesn’t bring in the “class” it will not show up on the Balances sheet and you need to use the Accounts sheet to set a “class override” (asset or liability)

My balance history, balances and accounts do not show all the transaction accounts that are flowing thru the transactions sheet. I have a total of 9 and only showing 5. how do I add the other 4? when I click on Accounts sheet, column A the pull down menu shows the first 5 but not the other 4.

yes and working perfectly. I do get duplicates at times but I just review and delete. thanks

@pacct734 I suggest that you try to restore your Balances and Accounts sheets. If that doesn’t help contact support with screenshots for context. Feel free to mask any sensitive information.
