I use Tiller for my personal finances great and love it!
But I have created a second Tiller workbook and linked it to a single Checking account with Regions Bank. When I refresh the data, it gives me transactions back to 3/18/25 and nothing prior.
My question is how can I get data back to January 1, 2025?

Tiller Sync will only bring a certain amount of historical transactions. I’m not sure the number can be changed. You’ll have to do a manual export from your bank and then import it into Tiller sheets. Check out this Tiller article.
Your bank should be able to provide you with at least a years worth of back-data.
Yeah, unfortunately, Tiller generally advises that you should expect to get 90 days of back data from institutions (In my experience, sometimes it’s a little more; sometimes it’s a little less.) This is a product of how Yodlee manages the data and not something that’s user customizable. Sorry.
