Newly Connected Account Not Showing in Accounts Sheet Dropdown List

I connected a Computer Share account to my Tiller sheet this morning. On the “connected accounts” side bar, it is showing as being connected.

However, when I go to the "Accounts"tab, the account is not showing as an option in the drop down menu.

I refreshed the page and opened a fresh page - still not there. It is not showing on my balances sheet as an ungrouped asset, either.

Can anyone help, please?

Have you done Tiller Money Feeds > Fill sheets yet?

Well, duh. Some things are so obvious! That worked. Thank you very much!

Any other ideas on this issue? I had to add a new account to our existing Fidelity connection. It shows up in TillerHQ as expected, but it’s not available on the Accounts tab. Fill Sheets does not add it.

In the console, have you selected the new account for that linked spreadsheet?

Thank you. I forget there is an extra step to go to Tiller Money Feeds>Connected Accounts then toggle it on.

I have a new instance of this issue despite doing all of the above. I’ve added the feed in My Tiller, ran the Money Feed on it successfully, it shows as linked in the sidebar, but doesn’t show up on the Accounts tab dropdown to be customized on the Balances page. Running “Fill Sheets” does nothing because my sheet has been migrated to Direct Fill, does that possibly have an impact here? Or perhaps because it’s a different login to an already existing bank feed? Would appreciate any help or advice here.

Hello @ryanwise,

Welcome to the community. To clarify the issue you have, it is not showing on the accounts sheet? In the new console, have you linked the account to the spreadsheet?

that’s correct, i have linked the account with the sheet in the new console, and it appears in the sidebar “connected accounts” tab.

Oddly enough, this morning when I check again, it is magically there?! sigh. thanks much for your help regardless.

Sometimes the sync is a bit quirky and given a few hours resolves itself. If you run into other issues don’t hesitate to make a community post. The community here is a great resource.
