Problems Logging into First Command Bank

Anyone having issues with First Command Bank? It’s not on the institution alerts sheet but I’ve had an open ticket for several months with no resolution. After entering my credentials, I get an immediate “check you credentials” error every time. They are correct and I can log into the bank site with a browser without issue. The tech team and I have been going back and forth several times a week with no success from Yodlee. Thanks in advance!

I have been having a similar issue with Discover Bank for about a month. In the case of Discover, they use the same credentials for credit card and banking; however, they are separate entries in Tiller. The card accounts work, while banking does not. Perplexing.

Edit: I should add that, during part of the ~month it has not been working, Discover was on the Institution Alert Dashboard, but it has continued to fail for a couple weeks after that issue was resolved.

FWIW, in the case of Discover Bank, completely removing the account and re-adding it as new also does not work. (I realize this is not generally recommended, I just thought I would try it.)

It is an interesting case, and First Command sounds very similar. I wonder if the root cause will turn out to be the same?

Thanks! I’ve had a ticket open for months and we’re still working on a solution. Agree completely, the Tiller support team is great but this is wearing on me!

Thanks Tom! I did the same, deleted it and tried to re-add (after months of trying it “their way”. First Command also has two portals, one for banking and one for investments, with different creds. Neither work for me though they both did in the past.
