I haven’t checked my Tiller Feed in a few months. I just was going through it today and I happened to notice that Tiller did not import any transactions from any account for a multi week period between 12/18/24 and ending partway through 1/13/25. It seems totally normal before and after that.
This is an unwelcome discovery, as it puts me on edge about the accuracy of the data feeds and makes me feel like I will have to constantly audit everything to see if certain days/periods are missing.
Does anyone have any ideas on why this issue may have occurred?
@pmk it sounds like if you were inactive/away from Tiller for a while your accounts were marked as inactive by our data provider (not something we control) and if too much time passes when they’re in that inactive state you’ll end up with gaps. Since it’s now late April I would guess that you passed the mark where the gap can be recovered and you’d need to manually add them.

Ah, well that makes me feel better. It’s unfortunate that this is a limitation of the current tech, but at least its not a data accuracy problem I need to worry about going forward.
