Hello. On Retirement Planner it asks for forecasted ROR for investments. Should this be the real rate of return, net of inflation, or nominal rate? My retirement planner connects to Cash Flow sheet, which adjusts my expenses by inflation. Was not sure if I need to adjust ROR as well, or if that would be double counting. Thanks

Hi @KathleenMc12 thanks for that clarification. The template builder suggests a "blended rate” - a weighted average of all your investment assets, but this is a loose suggestion and whether you want to use actual or to consider inflation that’s left up to you. The suggestion is to rely on research. It would seem you want to consider inflation in your analyses so I think keeping it consistent in that regard makes sense.
