Savings Budget workflow question

I have a question about the Savings Budget workflow from Tiller Community Solutions.

Is there a way to make the progress bar indicative of the Monthly Spend vs the Monthly Budget? (as opposed to the Monthly Spend vs the Envelope (Savings) Balance?
