I have a Chase account and my wife has a Chase account. Am I able to add them both from the same institution?

Yes, you should be able to add both accounts. My wife and I have a similar setup with Amex. I have an account with the Amex Platinum Card, and she has an account with the Delta Amex Platinum. You add each account separately, using your credentials for one, and your wife’s credentials for the other.
