I have been using the “Simple Investment Calculator” template for some time and in general, it suits my needs well.
However, I am wondering if there is another template that shows many of the same views, with one small tweak.
Simple Investment Calculator lets me select drop downs at the top to chart out the next 5-40 years - but what if i want to chart to a specific year? Like 2030 for example? the “5 years” is rolling and will always be 5 years into the future from the present date whereas if i could select “2030” it will be fixed. Any tips for this?
You can unhide the columns on the right to see balance amounts on each specific year. It’s not as clean as being able to select your desired view from the drop down though.
