SoFi connectivity

Hey all,

Anyone else seeing issues with SoFi connections? It is always a little flaky, but the response I am currently getting is very odd. It says it hasn’t refreshed in a few days so I try to do a manual refresh on it. Gives me the normal progress updates about verifying me and getting data, but then just closes having not refreshed. Typically, I get the MFA message from SoFi but not getting that. Seems like this happened before and it took weeks to get it fixed. I see it listed on the Alerts list that it is listed as having an issue since September, and having been updated on 11/20, but I haven’t had any issues with it until today. So, is this related to it being on the list or something new?

Mine hasn’t been working for a couple weeks now. Since it’s on the Alerts list the issue you’re experience is due to the known issue/alert.

Curious if anyone is having trouble with SoFi connection? I’ve trouble shooted & deleted /reconnected account but seems to be messing up. Looks like balances have updated, but transactions (like direct deposit) aren’t… issue has been happening for a couple of weeks now & is troublesome because it’s my major bank.

I am also having this issue. The balances are updated but the console says it was last updated 8 days ago and it won’t update in the spreadsheet. Also my primary bank … I’m seriously rethinking renewing my subscription next month, as my mortgage bank and primary savings account bank also do not work.

Heather, thank you. It seems to be very sporadic. I was able to refresh the account after a couple of tries and it seems to be downloading transactions now.
