Supported financial institute no showing up in the Add Account

Has anyone had any issues with not seeing all the bank accounts listed on the supported bank feed list?

Both my husband and I have been in contact with support. They gave us instructions to see if the financial institute shows up if I go to the bank link in an Incognito window. It does not problem. I am able to log into it. When we try to Add Account we don’t see too many options. It says Sorted by popularity below the search line. Tiller supports so many institutions, including mine, yet when I do a search only a few show up. I see a few more if I to only one or two letters, but certainly not the whole list of supported banks. My bank never comes up no matter how I try, even if I try to type the URL.

Hi @deerodd2430 - I just replied to your support thread on this. We’ll get it sorted for you. It’s just a little confusion with how the Add Accounts box works and that our data provider does not have the correct logo for your institution.
