Is anyone else having an issue updating their Thrift Savings Plan data? I have been down for 14 days as of today. I have tried reconnecting with no luck. The Refresh button is grayed out.

Anyone noticing issues with their TSP balances? I’ve long had issues with intermittent transactions being pulled in at seemingly random times, but now the balances are off.

Yes, I opened a ticket with Tiller on this. I suspect there are a good number of TPS folks using Tiller, so hopefully, this can get resolved sooner rather than later.
Thanks - the more data supporting the issue the better! My case is bizarre because it’s been pulling in the same balance for 10+ days and recently started pulling in an erroneous second balance that is equal to the balance from my first year contributing (years ago). Also noticed in the Balance History sheet that there is only one row since 3/17, but this one row is showing as a current row despite it being stale. So this implies that behind the scenes Tiller is able to tell that something is off.
Yeah, I have the same mysterious second balance that started appearing.
TSP worked for me this morning. The weird second balance is still there, but I just unchecked the box on that one for syncing purposes.
