Agreed, Tiller’s staff has generally been quick regarding outrage related answers. And while the syncing issue itself takes a while to resolve, the support team does look into it diligently.

That and while all the newest updates don’t benefit everyone evenly they do add nice QoL adjustments when they do, ie the refresh all button.

It’s been a little over a year and I’m still very satisfied with Tiller!

Though I may augment with Boldin because I like its future modeling (which could probably be done in Tiller as well with some new sheet templates). A friend of mine is obsessed with optimizing Roth conversions with respect to RMDs

I agree! I have been on Tiller since mid-summer 2025 and I’m so happy with it. I can see all the data that I am looking for and when things aren’t working right the staff are so responsive! I appreciate the ticket system and I’m wondering if you can share more about how the ticket system is set up. I expect it’s also spreadsheet based and I’m wondering if I can set up something similar to help keep track of client needs for my business.
