Tiller Community Solutions is not opening for me this morning

Tiller Community Solutions sidebar is not opening for me this morning. All I get is the Help button.

I’ve rebooted the computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Tiller Community Solutions.

Any ideas??

I have the same issue as of this morning. Tried uninstall, reinstall.

Same here. Nothing I’ve tried works.

I’m having the same issue. Glad to know I’m not alone. I’ve tried a Chrome Incognito window and still nothing.

@heather - looks like it is affecting several of us. The ChatBot is not being helpful for getting this elevated to the Support team.

Mine is throwing an error saying “Execution failed. The Rhino runtime is deprecated and no longer supported.”

Add me to the list. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled community solutions. Refreshed. Used incognito mode. Used a different browser. Used a different computer.

I’ll have to check in with the team on this but it probably isn’t going to be back up and running anytime soon.

Glad it’s not just me. Tried a couple browsers to see if I could get it to work. All three browsers same issue, only Help is showing up

Likewise. Same issue, so no reconciliation for me currently.

Same for me. Hopefully there is something that can be done sooner rather than later. I mainly use the savings budget from the community solutions, which can’t be updated now. So I feel several will be in the same boat on that.

Same - any updates or is this working for anyone? I rely on the savings budget and being able to update it.

Me three. Incognito, uninstall/reinstall don’t work.

Seems like a critical thing to get fixed, as it is the basis for the Community features.

Ok it’s at least loading options other than help now, but then there is an error message if you choose any of the options.

We were able to push a change that should allow the Tiller Community Solutions add-on to load BUT we have not tested all functionality to ensure that it’s all working correctly.

The Tiller Community Solutions add-on is not something we rigorously maintain or support. The long term plan is to completely deprecate it, moving value add features to core product and sunsetting other features. We don’t have a timeline for this. I’m just sharing for context on why additional work here may not be prioritized quickly.

If things aren’t working that should be you can let us know and we’ll assess the priority against other in progress work.

I don’t use the Savings Budget so I’m not sure if the features needed are working correctly or not. I did a quick test of using the “Manage Savings Budget” feature and it seemed to work, but proceed with caution. Randy said he tested it and it didn’t work/crashed so TBD on whether or not it’s actually working.
