The my.tiller.com Transaction sheet has transactions through August 21 listed. However, the transactions tab on the google sheet latest transaction is August 12. Fill Sheets no longer works because of an update that is supposed to make the google sheet update automatic. This has been happing since the software update - I sometimes have to fiddle around for days before the google sheet will update. Tiller support AI has me stuck in a loop because it thinks the issue is connection to my banking institutions. It’s not - latest transactions are in my.tiller.com Transactions. The google sheet transaction tab is not updating.

you mentioned that on all accounts on https://my.tiller.com/accounts have been refreshed in that case could you try creating a new direct fill sheet to see if it pulls the same data? (you can delete it after this test if it’s the same data)
Thanks, but by a new direct fill sheet - do you mean create a new Transactions sheet? Wouldn’t that mess up the Balances tab?
I think they are suggesting you create a new spreadsheet. It seems like your spreadsheet is disconnected from the console. In your exisiting spreadsheet, can you open the Tiller Money Feed extension using just the ‘Launch’ command, and then see it in the sidebar? I would suspect it might ask you to login, and then maybe after that it would start filling in your missing transactions.

Yes, when I go to extensions … Launch the launch side panel opens. If I go to linked accounts from the launch sidebar all my linked accounts show, and they are all active (blue slider buttons are in the on position).
Thinking things somehow got out of order, I resorted transactions by Date - descending. Aug 13 to today still did not appear.
I’m at a loss really. I’m disappointed that I can’t trust the transaction and balance tabs to be accurate.

Any chance you have a filter on that could be filtering out the newer transactions? Try Data/Remove Filter and then check if you can find them. Next would to be sure you’re sorting them as expected. You can sort either the ‘Date’ or ‘Date Added’ columns as Descending to get recent stuff on top. If you have no filters, and sorting doesn’t bring anything new to the top, I’d email support@tiller.com (skip the AI for this) and hopefully they have some better troubleshooting steps that can weed out what’s going on.
Thanks, I’ve done all of the above. interesting - about an hour later I took another look and transactions through August 20 just showed up on the google sheets transaction tab. All 9 Transactions from August 21 that are on my.tiller.com Transactions are still missing from the google sheets transactions tab, but it’s progress. This delay is just weird.
Balances tab in google sheets now matches balances on the my.tiller.com Linked Accounts page, so that’s reassuring.
