Trouble launching Tiller Money Feeds for Google Sheets

I haven’t been able to use Google Sheets for months. This is highly inconvenient, as the Excel implementation is lame, hard to read and limited to my desktop computer.

I have two profiles, because I need to. It’s an important feature of Chrome. Right now I am only logged into the profile that I use Tiller with. No joy, the feed panel errors out.

What is being done to address this? The positive reviews you love to post almost all refer to Google Sheets, very few to Excel.

@wtribley I’m not seeing that you have an open support ticket for this issue.

Can you please write to our support team via chat on the Console at https://my.tiller.com and be sure to just choose “something else” and then “talk to a teammate” to get to a person quickly to help diagnose why you’re unable to get Google Sheets sidebar to load.
