I updated how it pulls the Column letters from the foundation sheets and how it calculates the Actuals. At a minimum, it should pull the correct column letter for Category Groups in the Transaction sheet. If it does that but still does not correctly pull the Actuals, I’ll need to do some more digging.
However, when I add a group column to the transactions sheet, it’s able to find the reference it’s looking for in BB19 and identify the Group column on the transactions sheet. It also starts pulling the actuals per category, but the grey subtotal lines for each group remain at zero (might be 2 separate issues). The black income and expenses lines are good.
Once again sorry if there was confusion, but we do not have a group column on the transactions sheet since the Core Transactions sheet did not have one when we installed it.
Hi @Cowboy13 this is much needed as I’ve been hiding Monthly Budget for years now and it’s certainly slowing down my gsheet Tiller Foundation template as I’ve been adding new data in since 2021 (without removing prior years).
I’ve got an issue where it seems the Hide from Report in Category sheet is applied in visibility, but not applied in the total budget amount for each year. Do you have a similar issue or suggestion for where to best address it? I’ve attached some screenshots here that might be helpful
