I’m having the same issue with direct fill and also waiting on a chat response. Linked spreadsheet data is currently about 9 hours behind console data and the activity log doesn’t show any errors or recent attempts to fill the sheet.
Is there any way to manually force the direct fill?
@moneynerd yours could have been an issue due to this: RESOLVED: Service Interruption: Connection issues in Tiller console, 5/7/2026 but 9 hours seems pretty long and maybe doesn’t correspond. Are there any accounts you can refresh to see if that will trigger a fill? We started seeing this issue pretty early this AM but until it snowballed we didn’t realize the impact.
@jon.r.neal your chat will be converted to an email if you step away. Also, can you please confirm that you’re saying that your sheet hasn’t filled since April 13th when this Direct Fills upgrade announcement was posted?
Just enabled direct fills with the minimal authorization scope. The sheet picker also failed on me the first time, but I was able to choose the sheet on the second attempt. Will report on transaction fills in a few days.
We’ve broadly enabled access to the Advanced Security feature, which you can read more about here if you prefer not to grant the “all spreadsheets” permission.
I have the same issue, and it started when I started direct fills. I never though about that being the cause. I have just started turning off the filter, when I remember, and then just putting one back on. It is a bit more inconvenient.
