Uploading 2021 Budget done in Google Docs to New Foundation Template

I have a 2021 Budget, including categories, accounts, etc I created in Google Docs. We are wanting to use the previous categories to allow us to start using the product again. In doing some research I see that version of Google Docs is no longer supported and that I need to transition to the new Foundation Template. I have not been able to find a clear set of help directions. Thank you very much.
