Vanguard Transactions Not Appearing, Balance Correct

I’ve noticed that my Vanguard 401k is currently not passing any transactions. I’ve tracked my (and employers) contribution as income in Tiller in the past, with each contribution historically being logged as a transaction. However I’m now noticing that I haven’t had a Vanguard contribution transaction now that we are at the start of the year.

My account setup in Tiller shows that it is connected, and the balance in Tiller Connected Account Summary reflects the correct amount. I’ve also refreshed the accounts, with no transactions appearing. It just doesn’t seem to be passing transaction data to then categorize.

Anyone else encounter an issue where the balance is correct, but transactions are not populating?

I am having this same issue, but with my Chase credit card. It stopped sending transactions two days ago after working since I began using Tiller. The balance is correct in the Connected account summary, but not correct in the Account sheet. In addition, my balance sheet is not populating at all. I have restored the account and balance sheets, still not working. In addition, I just did a preview of the daily Money report and all the transactions show up in the report. Did a refresh of the sheet and the transactions still did not load. Any suggestions?

Hi @llreed2023 balance and transaction feeds operate differently so a discrepancy between those is not uncommon. What do you mean by balance on the Accounts sheet? That’s only for customization - were you looking at the hidden columns?
