It didn’t work for me. The account balance would update in the Tiller Console but transactions didn’t pull through into Google Sheets.
So far everyone who has responded back to me indicates that it’s working well with the alternate. @georb I wonder if perhaps you didn’t link the account to your spreadsheet and that’s why you never saw transactions? This is a separate step.

Unless Venmo decides to turn off their Google recaptcha, yodlee will not be able to support it.
So I went ahead and asked the chat robot for help, but all it suggested was that I add Venmo via the “Add Accounts” button, but Venmo doesn’t appear in that list. Hopefully, some human will see my efforts and help me.
Thanks for the heads up @eli.wylen. I’ll pass this along to the CS team to update the documentation that it lets you know that currently Venmo is not sharing the data with us properly. However, I will defer the exact details as to how Venmo does and does not work to the customer success team. I’m not personally sure exactly what the Venmo issue is.

It seems like a lot of folks here would love for there to be a smooth Venmo solution. Is there someone specific for us to reach out to at Venmo or something specific to say to let Venmo know we’d like this? Maybe if enough of us reach out, they might see it as worth it find a workaround with Yodlee?

This! Vemno hasn’t worked for me for 4 months - I use it often so my data is not complete.
Venmo is now totally inaccessible. This is a critical issue that makes Tiller significantly less useful to me.
@momoprobs there isn’t anyone I know of specifically that customers could reach out to about this issue.

sorry to see this. my venmo connection (via Plaid) just updated yesterday
I didn’t see the account get refreshed for over a month and thought there was a problem but support told me it only shows as refreshed if there are new venmo transactions and I don’t use it much so there weren’t any until yesterday
