My 401(k) with my company is through a company called Voya. Voya shows up on the available list of accounts to connect on the Console, however when I try to log into my account I’m redirected into an “MX Intelligence” webpage which appears to be a financial data-synching site that’s different than what TIller uses. Is there any way around this or is there no hope since Tiller doesn’t have a partnership with MX Intelligence?
My 401k is through Voya but administered via ADP. I’m able to download my 401k balance, but the connection is through ADP
Hi @ptr1994 what is the URL for the site you log into to manage your 401(k)? The exact address of the sign page
I have exactly the same issue. this was NOT the case one week ago. adding Voya worked fine then, but something changed forcing what Voya calls “a reconnect”. now I am stymied by the “MX Intelligence” intrusion
BTW, I can login directly to voya without problems. tried to type the URL here but I get a message that including links is not allowed
at least one other financial tool offers a voya (client access) option that I do not see in the tiller tool. that might work
OK. Please write in to support and see if you can share those URL details there . You can use the blue chat widget in the lower right corner of your Console at https://my.tillerhq.com
already done. thank you
Just want to update the group – I was able to connect my account in the Console now, so that MX Intelligence redirect is now gone. I just picked the “Voya (Formerly ING) - Your Retirement Plan” option in the bank selection table.
Great @ptr1994 ! Thanks for the update.
