A little new at this. I am getting double entries as of late when I launch an update. I also lose my transaction description when I split an entry. Lastly, the ‘description’ column heading is disappearing on occasion. I wonder if I am missing a column (no column ‘K’, but when I add it, there is nothing there. Any thoughts?

Please review this guide on duplicate transactions; what may cause them and steps you can take to resolve them. If that doesn’t help please contact support by sending a new message using the blue chat widget in the lower right corner of your Console at https://my.tillerhq.com for further troubleshooting

Unless you make changes to the description at the time of splitting a transaction it ought to just duplicate the original description across the splits. Perhaps there’s an intermittent bug. Please relaunch Tiller Money Feeds and let us know if this behavior continues with your next split attempts

Are you able to identify when your Descriptions column disappears? Are there any processes running or actions taken right before you notice?

Column K might be hidden in your sheet. Do you need additional columns for some customization? If not I wouldn’t worry about it.
