I’ve been trying to add an American Express Personal Savings account and each time it will get to the place of asking for my SMS security token. However, I never receive the SMS from Amex.
Please note, I can login to Amex directly using this method.

@evan, please also make sure it’s not asking you for a phone or email address. Sometimes the form field says “enter token value” but it’s actually waiting for you to enter the phone or email where you want the MFA code sent.
