My tiller sheet shows the current balance from my bank account, but not the deposits that got it there. Balance history shows most recent balance is today, most recent item in Transactions is from 3 days ago. The two paychecks deposited today that caused that balance do not show. This makes my projection incorrect as it’s counting today’s paychecks twice (once in balance, once in expected transaction.) I tried doing a refresh from tiller.com, no change.
The below thread mentions an “account filter” function but I can’t find it. The referenced feature request doesn’t seem to exist.
I would wait till Monday and another refresh happens to see if it still doesn’t show up. If still nothing contact the support team via the chat window in the lower right corner of the Console at https://my.tiller.com/ page you were at
The deposits you received today, were they showing pending in your bank? Pending transactions don’t sync for the yodlee connection. That said, I have one account that was only getting balances and not transactions. I changed it to plaid and that fixed the not getting transactions.
The account filter is something that you can manually turn on. The black arrow is what the filter button looks like, and where it is in my menu on my computer. If you have a bigger screen, you might not need to click the 3 vertical dots.
Ah, yeah, no I don’t have it filtered out in the sheet. The transaction was not pending when I tried to do the refresh, but it’s possible it was at the time yodlee pulled. (Not sure if a refresh goes all the way to the bank or just as far as yodlee?)
I have one bank account where this happens frequently. The balance will update before the transactions show up. By the next business day, it gets straightened out. I don’t think Tiller has anything to do with this.
