I have AutoCat configured to run automatically on new transactions.
Twice in the last week I’ve opened my sheet and have had to kick off AutoCat manually.
Is this a known issue?

I have the same problem. I contacted support and they acted like I didnt know what I was doing and sent me the troubleshooting guide. I advised that it wasn’t running automatically and no one got back to me. I assume based on the initial response, they did not know it is an issue.
Thanks for sharing this issue here. We’ve had to pass it on to the product team to review further as it appears to need more work. We ask that you continue to manually run AutoCat for now.
We are sorry that’s how you felt about the response @jimlenz it was merely an attempt to gather all information and ensure all angles have been covered as we cannot assume every issue is related to an emerging trend (at the time).
Thank you for your patience.
ditto. started in the last couple of weeks
Same for me.
As of this morning the latest transaction that had loaded was 3/20. In the 12 hours or so since I checked, 18 transactions spanning 5 days and 6 different accounts populated. No AutoCat.
We already have an ongoing thread about this here so I’m closing out this thread. Our team is working on the issue. Glitch in AutoCat
