Hi - I’m exploring the use of KNIME (or other Alteryx-like tools) to automate transaction imports and balance updates for manual accounts. I’m using Excel, but this feels like a more general topic.
Has anybody had any experience with this? I welcome any pointers - either in terms of best automation tool for the job, or workflow examples.

Sometimes, simple scripts or built in spreadsheet tools (like Google Apps Script for Google Sheets or Power Query in Excel) can help bridge gaps for importing or transforming data before it gets into your main Tiller Sheet (or any spreadsheet). Perhaps looking into ways these tools handle CSV imports or data manipulation could offer some ideas?
