For some reason, my connected accounts no longer refresh. I have to go to the Tiller website each morning and go to my connected accounts and hit the refresh button for each of my linked credit card accounts, bank accounts, etc. Is there a way to get them to auto-refresh?
FWIW, I use Google Sheets for my Tiller records.
Some accounts can refresh automatically however this can change over time depending on the agreement between our data provider and an institution or what may be determined depending on the connection health and so on. You can read more about how refreshes work here.
However sometimes there could be an outage or other connection related errors which can disrupt the refresh process.
I suggest reaching out to support with connection related issues as preliminary troubleshooting at least can help determine the likely factors impacting data refresh.
