Fidelity Investment Accounts Help

Can anyone help me connect my Fidelity investment accounts? I understand I can’t add them through Plaid, but can I only add them as a manual account where I have to update my balances manually?

I see a lot of information online about Open Banking support for Fidelity, but I can’t figure out how to add my accounts for the life of me.

I do have them in as manual accounts for now, and if that’s the only way to do it, that’s fine. But it just seems like I might be missing something? Thanks for any help. I’m new to Tiller and love it, but this one thing is just vexing me.

You should be able to connect Fidelity accounts through Yodlee. If you go to my.tiller.com and select Add Accounts there, it should step you through it using Yodlee. I have had multiple Fidelity accounts connected for several years with Yodlee.

I believe Yodlee is still the default for most Tiller users.

Hi Martha, thank you so much for your prompt reply! When I click on Add Account, all I see is the Plaid interface (see attached screenshot).

Hi Mike,

Just a thought: Have you enabled third-party access to each of your Fidelity accounts? I have Schwab accounts and had to set that up before Tiller could access my balances.

That is strange that you seeing that as the only option at my.tiller.com

Are you sure you are at my.tiller.com and not at my.tiller.com/aggregators?

@Rebecca.S suggestion is also good, but I think I enabled them as part of the Yodlee connection process when Fidelity went to Open Banking.

@TillerAlice - why would a new user NOT be seeing Yodlee connections when trying to add accounts?

I was going through my dot tiller dot com

HOWEVER - I went to my dot tiller dot com/aggregators, and I was able to add Fidelity as a linked account via Yodlee through that interface! It worked! Thank you!

But yeah on the default my dot tiller dot com I can only add accounts through Plaid and I had no idea that other aggregator page even existed. Thank you so much for your help!

I’m so glad you are connected now! You are very welcome. I have found the Fidelity links to be very stable.

So strange that my view is the complete opposite of yours on those two links. But if it is working, I will stop wondering why. LOL.

Maybe only new users are seeing Plaid, instead of Yodlee

Fantastic! I was struggling to get my Fidelity investments too, until I saw this post about /aggregators
Thanks!
