Hello Money emails from support@tillerhq.com

We’re getting the Hello Money daily emails sent to multiple email accounts. How do I configure which email accounts to send to? If I set this up on our tiller account I don’t remember how it was done and I’d like to change it

Via the Tiller console. These are in addition to your main Tiller account email you signed up with.

In my Tiller Console I see the “Customize Hello, Money” section, but there is no “Add Recipient” button. I can only turn it on/off and select which accounts to include. Nothing about the recipient emails. Wonder why I don’t see that button. Clean my browser cache?

Probably need to contact Tiller support via the chat in lower-right of the console.

Hi @dhanderson59 this feature is in beta and not widely available.

For the time being, we recommend this workaround of creating an automatic forwarding rule:

Ah, it’s still in beta … when Diane indicated she was already receiving Hello Money to multiple email accounts, I figured the feature had been released :slight_smile:

@Mark.S to be honest I might have missed that part earlier and maybe there have been multiple beta implementations because I’ve seen a customer write in similarly saying once upon a time they had the ability to configure. Sorry for the inconvenience @dhanderson59 !

Turns out, I had configured a gmail forwarding setting and forgot about it. I can manage this in gmail. Thanks!
