How can I change the email address for my Tiller account?

Hello - I’m 2-3 months into Tiller (google sheets) and loving it, thank you! My only regret is hooking it up to a gmail account that I don’t prefer and now I’m considering switching to my preferred gmail account. I’m following this article and would like to ‘test drive’ the switch before I cancel my current account. Is it ok if I open the 2nd account and have both accounts open while I make the switch and confirm/verify/validate all the details ported over correctly (both auto port via the community tools and some manual stuff I anticipate having to do)? I’d like to get happy with the new account before I kill the old one; I plan to have this done in days or a week or 2…all during the trial period of the new account.
