Inconsistent Account Connectivity between

I am starting a new Tiller account with a different Gmail account that I share with my husband so he can access and update the Tiller spreadsheet. I have connected all of our accounts to my old one, but when trying to set them all up in the new Tiller account, many are showing up as Not Available. Mazda Financial Services, for one - I have my loan connected to my original Tiller but when I try to connect that account on my new Tiller account, it says that vendor isn’t available.

What gives?

Strangely, the Add Accounts process also looks different between the two accounts. My original one is a simple search while the new one has me log into Plaid first and then search in a pop up that looks very different.

Try going to my.tiller.com/aggregators to get back to the Yodlee account connections.

There appears to be something happening with new Tiller accounts seeing Plaid at my.tiller.com and old Tiller accounts seeing Yodlee at the same link. But the /aggregators gets you to the other link and lets you get connected.
