I recently got the new Walmart OnePay card that gives you 5% cashback but I can’t figure out how to link it to the tiller account. Is there a way to do this?
Search for it in the Console (my.tiller.com). We will show and link it if one of our aggregators supports the institution.
I don’t see “onepay”. They are through synchrony bank so I tried my synchrony bank login as well with all the different synchrony bank options and I couldn’t get it to work

The primary login is https://web.onepay.com/
But it can also be accessed through this page: Synchrony Sign In

I am having the same issue. Can you foward the solution to me?
Just yesterday I logged in to another account I have Synchrony and it had both accounts including the OnePay.
I was able to add OnePay with the other account on the Tiller Console account page. And then on the refresh the transactions and balance loaded.

Which synchrony login did you use? I haven’t gotten any to work but there’s a bunch
I have a Sams Club MC with Synchrony. I used my regular sign in for that account and It said Good Evening - Your Accounts and they both were there to select one or the other to access.

When you click “add account” in tiller and then search “synchrony”, which one do you use?
The account I already had. It shows the OnePay as an additional account with the original. Like a bank account alows you to select checking, savings, or additional savings account.
No, away from home computer. Remember I logged in like I always do with an existing account. If you didn’t already have an account previously it would not work like it did for me.
Anyone figure this out? Trying (and failing) today.
I successfully created a new Synchrony login on their site, but cannot connect it to Tiller. I have no other Synchrony accounts.
@gkstepbless do you have a bank account with synchrony:? Or just credit cards? It looks like you can connect with synchronybank.com but not synchrony.com. I can’t create an account at synchronybank.com
The OnePay account just showed up with my Sam Club synchrony log in. I didn’t ask for it to link, but it did. And the transactions import like the Sam’s Club card does. That’s the best I can tell you.
