Mini Financial Adding Account Issues

Does anyone have suggestions for adding a Mini Financial account? I’ve tried several times but after the attempt at multi-factorial authentication, I receive an error message: “Technical Error at Mini Financial Services.”

I’d appreciate any tips you could provide.
