Anyone else having problems with Tiller connecting to StockPlan Connect. It’s been +2 months since Tiller reports an error when trying to pull the data. I double checked and my credentials are correct.
Not having this data in my spreadsheet or having to track it manually defeats the purpose of using Tiller for me, to be honest.
Thanks Clint. Now, the tentative ETA has moved to 2/7/2026. Will this ETA keep rolling forward? I’m considering unsubscribing from Tiller since it’s of no use without a working connection to StockPlan. Thanks again.
Is this for Morgan Stanley’s StockPlan Connect? Have you looked at the outage dashboard to see if there is an ongoing outage? You can manually update any of your accounts, including balances and transactions. You just need to use the sidebar to add transactions, or as it has been so many days maybe you need to do a manual import with the .csv import tool. My suggestion is to contact support at support@tiller.com. They might be able to troubleshoot this further for you if you need.
