PayPal Credit and ebay Extras MC from PayPal - Any updates on data?

Has there been any update for getting PayPal account updates, including PayPal Credit and eBay Extra Mastercard from PayPal? And, no, my eBay Extra Mastercard cannot be reached through Tiller’s ebay connection because my card is a PayPal card, with “eBay” name, not an actual eBay card.

It is odd that you have to go through PayPal to get re-directed to Synchrony (or “Xxxx.syf . com”) to manually get access to your accounts. Maybe that is part of the problem - no direct link to Synchrony?

Just wondering if there is any update. This issue is so frustrating because the data used to come into Tiller in the past and then everything broke.

Hi @martyparrish indeed seems long winded between eBay, PayPal and Synchrony! What is the address of the login site you use to manage your account?

Have you attempted any other Synchrony connection e.g. Synchrony Financial Bank or Synchrony Financial (Credit) ?

Same email on all and I did try the other Synchrony listing but it did not find an account for me.

Consistently, I have to go to PayPal first, and then be forwarded to Synchrony Bank.

For all other Synchrony accounts, I have no issues.
