Is there any reason PayPal doesn’t cooperate with Yodlee? Once again, as is so often the case, PayPal is my only account that won’t connect. And, as is so often the case, according to the Institutional Alerts dashboard, the tentative ETA is almost a month (?!) from the latest issue start.
I like tiller more than PayPal, so I guess I’ll miss PayPal
Hi @bionicturtle.com I concur that I also like Tiller more than PayPal. I personally have a love hate relationship with PayPal and wish I could do away with them… but alas, some people prefer to use it so I keep it as a payment option.
We do have the BEST customer success team. I encourage you to reach out to them via the Tiller console at my.tiller.com. They do not have a magic wand for when other companies have issues, but where they can help they are definitely helpful and at the very least supportive and kind.

Hi Alice, Thank you! I’m curious: I am assuming that even the best customer success team can’t do anything about an outage listed on the Institution Alert Dashboard because that’s presumably a Yodlee-PayPal connection issue, right? … if so, obviously PayPal is apparently not too worried about about Yodlee outages. I’m inferring that because PayPal goes out a lot and I’m imagining when the ticket’s generated, they’re like “meh that’s just Yodlee, we’ll get to that next month …”
Thanks, David

@bionicturtle.com you’re right we have no control over timelines for a fix and unless Yodlee provides the details we don’t have insight into exact problems or where along the fix they’re at. At time Yodlee will work directly with a team from PayPal for instance but not always.
