RESOLVED: Service Interruption: Connection issues in Tiller console, 5/7/2026

Update: This issue is resolved as of May 7, 2026 at 2:40PM EST.

As of May 7, 2026 11:10AM EST Tiller is investigating and mitigating intermittent service outage and degradation with the following impacts:

  • Connection issues on the Tiller Console

  • Intermittently load/not loading some or all components on the Console

  • Linked spreadsheets failing to load

  • Hello, Money unavailable

  • New users may be unable to start trials

We are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue. We will provide updates here.

Currently I am adding Raymond James date manually and it is working to keep up with themarkets.

ashleigh, no worries. is this why my transactions tab has not been filling since april 30? best, phil.

Same comment as philaxten, I haven’t had a transaction update since 5/5 and no errors listed in the activity logs.

I don’t see this as resolved in my Tiller spreadsheet yet. Is this still a work in progress?

@philaxten I took a quick look and it looks like your accounts haven’t refreshed recently. Can you please visit the Console and try refreshing some accounts and see if data fills into your spreadsheet?

@vicki.hrivnak this issue is resolved, I’m seeing based on our logs that you have had a recent refresh and a sheet filled as of 5/4. But you may also need to refresh accounts to get more recent data.

@mcl0423 can you try refreshing yours.

I’ll ask the team about why maybe refreshes aren’t being consistent but I don’t think it’s due to this issue from yesterday since these stale refreshes pre-date the outage we had yesterday.

I refreshed what I could, spreadsheet is the same as before. No transactions since 5/4/2026 and most of my balances were updated yesterday

@mcl0423 I do see that your accounts have recently refreshed and about 7 hours ago one of the accounts brought in transactions and those got filled. I’m not sure how many new transactions you’re expecting and across which accounts, but please write in to support via chat so we can investigate further. Generally issues like this need to be handled 1:1 vs in the community here. Thanks!
