Happy New Year! I am setting up my Savings Budget for the new year, and I approached this by adding new 2026 budget periods to the Categories sheet which populated a new year in my Savings Budget year dropdown. I did not remove the 2025 budget periods from the Categories sheet. When I toggle between Dec 2025 and Jan 2026, the Budget Health section in columns K and L changes dramatically from what I’d expect (see screenshots). I don’t understand why the offset for January is negative, and it looks like it is related to the offset, all periods in 2025, but the value is negative instead of positive. I haven’t changed anything about my budget between the 2 months.
Has anyone encountered this or can advise what columns I should check? Thank you in advance!
