Sheet not working after Direct Fills Update

Hello,

Since I updated to Direct Fills a few days ago, my sheet has stopped working. I see this in the activity logs and my sheet is frozen in time from before:

Everything worked fine before and I made minimcal customizations and din’t touch the hidden metadata sheet. Is there a way to turn off Auto Fills (it won’t let me toggle) or repair my sheet?

Since you said you updated your sheet, I wonder if you are missing the sheet called Tiller.hiddenmetadata; I am not sure when it was added - if you are, then I think you might need to chat support or send an email as I am not sure how it gets added.

Thanks for the idea - i checked my hidden sheets and i see it in there. It looks like there is also some info populating there (not quite sure what it means).

I had the same issue. After a day or two Tiller Support identified a few accounts with duplicate entries in the balance history sheet which led to duplicated watermarks in the hidden metadata sheet. Tiller support was able to fix that for me. Its unclear if it was simply cleaning up duplicate entries in the balance history sheet or if the hidden metadata sheet needs to be edited.

I would have no idea how to fix that myself, and I’m pretty good with spreadsheets. I’d advise you to contact tiller support. If you have the same problem as I did hopefully they can fix it quickly.

Please please definitely reach out to support for this. Editing the Hidden metadata sheet is tricky and not advised unless you know what you’re doing as making the wrong type of edit can cause lots of duplicate transactions. Recommend writing to support@tiller.com directly as the bot may give confusing responses in this situation.
