Now I have not been able to update my accounts. I need Tiller to fix the connection. The last time I asked them to fix the connection, Tiller said that it was going to take a week or so. They also told me that lots of Golden1 customers have been having this issue. The connection issue is still a problem. Golden1 is my main bank and it has to work in Tiller or Tiller is useless.
Hi Cadwazzo, have you contacted tiller support via the chat icon when you log in? unfortunately, that’s generally the quickest way to get the issue resolved, as we’ll have to redirect you there. If there’s no outage on the Outage Dashboard you could try modifying credentials, that has helped for many things in the past.
And last resort is removing and re-adding the bank; but that might have other consequences if yodlee/plaid isn’t syncing with the bank correctly.
