There was a problem getting data from your Autocat sheet from the range [0,0,1,16384]

When running Autocat (using Excel), I get this error in a pink block:

There was a problem getting data from your Autocat sheet from the range [0,0,1,16384].

It occurred after I made numerous updates to my Autocat sheet. The same error occurred about a year ago for me and the only way I could fix it was to start a new sheet and copy everything to it. I really don’t want to do that again.

16384 is the maximum number of columns on an Excel sheet. I now have 998 rows on my Autocat sheet (I reduced it from 1007 in case 1000 was a max). When I copied my old sheet to a new one before, it then worked OK with no changes. So maybe I corrupted it somehow, but I’ve cleaned all blank cells, so I’m stuck.

Has anybody run across this error?

Thanks!

Stop the presses.

I replaced my Autocat worksheet, and now things work OK. Apparently one of you telepathically sent me the solution. Thank you!
