For those of you having connectivity issues with Venmo via Yodlee, we recommend that you re-add the institution via Plaid.
You can add via Plaid via the Console and this special URL: https://my.tiller.com/aggregators
Please keep in mind that we do NOT de-duplicate accounts when you re-add the same institution so we highly recommend that you do not re-add other institutions that are working well as this will create a mess for you.
As for dealing with Venmo after you re-add it you’ll want to use the steps in this guide to deduplicate the accounts in your spreadsheet (specifically balance history) as the second instance after you link it will cause a second instance to show up on your Balances sheet in the spreadsheet.
