My Apple Federal Credit Union connection with their credit card hasn’t work since May, and with the bank accounts hasn’t worked since November. Tiller support contacts me regularly, but apparently there’s nothing they can do. I see other posts related to other credit unions. If you’re having a connection problem with your credit union could you post the name of the CU, whether it was eventually resolved, and how long you have had the problem? I’d like to get a sense of how general this is.
(Obviously if anyone has any wisdom about Tiller connections to credit unions vs. regular banks I’d love to know about it.)
