AutoCat with AI Suggest Stopped Working

I am trying to run AutoCat with AI Suggest to fill in the categories for the last month’s transactions. It runs for a bit, and then just says “0 transactions categorized.”

Is this a known issue? Anyone know when it’s supposed to be fixed?

I looked into the Direct Fill feature but it’s not available to me yet. And the FAQ seemed to indicate the AI Suggest may not be available with Direct Fill, so I didn’t opt in to the beta.

Hi @yottabit ! There was an issue with AutoCat so you were right to post here, not sure if you had additionally written in to Support. But the product and development team worked to resolve this soon after. Glad it didn’t linger for you!
